In the area of rights and guarantees, we work to ensure fundamental rights of detainees or accused persons are guaranteed throughout the entire criminal procedure. This task includes support for the training of the different agents that are part of the procedure. In addition, the department aims to promote public debate and social incidence to achieve the correct implementation by the institutions of the regulation in this matter.
